They were very thoughtful and explained the procedure and process very well. They even gave me a blanket bcuz I was cold. I appreciate everyone who genuinely cared for my well being. Dr. Steele Bed side manner was awesome , his evaluation of what work I need to have done on my teeth was very clear. Leaving me with the choice how I want to have the work done, in stages or all at once. Being on a fixed income leaving it up to me how I want to have the work done makes my dental work affordable. Had to get an emergency extraction basically, had severe, unbearable toothache that had been going on for days. Most dental offices don’t have an oral surgeon or dentists that will perform extractions or root canals on site. This place offered 24/7 phone calls, I was able to make an appt before they were open, then went in and got an extraction. Very smooth and fast operation compared to the other couple of places I’ve been to.
They are amazing. I had an er situation with dentures and had to leave town in 1 week , they took me in right away and solved the problem. And they are all great people and actually care about your needs. The dentist and assistants have awesome compassion. This is how all medical working people should be.
I had an emergency before a wedding. My partial fell out so I called them and they were able to take me in early in the morning. They took care of my eye tooth. They were very nice, very gentle, very kind. The staff was very friendly. I thank them very much, and I would highly recommend them. And my wife allowed me to smile for pictures...lol

The office staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to get a same-day appointment for urgent dental care. The dentist was fast and precise, his assistant, Lily was kind, gentle and helpful.
Broken implant not installed by placerville dental. They stepped up in an emergency and took beyond exceptional care of me. I will be having them handle any further issues and upgrades
They were fantastic. Went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and even opened the doors a little early so I could do some paper work. Very happy with the work I got done and with the staff!
I was able to get a same day appointment immediately for an emergency. The staff is kind and professional, and you can tell they actually care about their patients. They go above and beyond. They offer different kinds of payment plans, and I was able to take care of everything through Cherry (like CareCredit). I highly recommend. I'll be coming here for all of my dental needs moving forward. They really did make it a pleasant experience.

Always a good visit. Nick the Hygienist takes good care and communicates throughout the exam and cleaning. Then the dentist and assistants take care to keep one comfortable and do an excellent job keeping up and maintaining one's dental needs. All the office staff too are friendly and capable.
Had a crown come off and tooth break at 4pm in Monday. Called and got an appt 9:00 Tuesday morning. Was treated very professionally and had surgery that day! Dr. Steele explained all of my options, from pulling the tooth and doinf norhinf else, to a bridge, to an implant. I went with an implant and so the procedure won't be complete for another few months due to bone grafting and healing prior to final tooth placement. I am extremely happy with Dr. Steele and all staff I dealt with. I will be scheduling my cleanings and maintenance here too when this process is complete. Thank you Dr. Steele and team!
Broke a piece off a rear tooth over the weekend. Placerville Dental group fit me in Thursday, first thing, since I didnt have any pain. I thought they would pull it, but the Dr. suggested a crown. In 2.5 hours I have a temporary and in 2 weeks I get the permanent crown. BTW: this is a new dentist for me as I had not selected a new dentist since moving to Placerville. I now have one. thanks PDG.

I've been taking my daughter here for the last few years and have had nothing but good experiences. Previously went to Make a Smile in El Dorado Hills and realized they were billing for all sorts of non-needed services to drive up my bill. Never had that problem here, everyone is very friendly, would very much recommend.

Nick is the best Dental Hygienist I Have EVER had the pleasure of having as a hygienist! He is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about how to care for your teeth, and always flexible with his schedule. I would HIGHLY a recommend Nick and Placerville Dental Group!

The inside of the building is always clean and tidy. All employees I have spoken to have great customer service. It's not typical that you find office staff who remembers you after the first time they met you. They are very clear about their plans and want the best for their customers. They were very friendly and flexible. I came in for the first time to this office for my 6 month cleaning. They were able to clean my teeth and do other work all in the same day. I’ve also never had a dentist put a blanket on me either. Would recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr Cheema and Placerville Dental Group enough. I had the pleasure of hosting Dr Cheema at my advanced digital implant course and I have to say I am impressed by his knowledge and commitment to excellence. If you are within 6 hours of his office, run, don’t walk to Dr Cheema and his team. I’ve trained docs from all over the US and they are top notch. Go team Cheema!

I went in for a cleaning and needed x-rays, too. (I'm old enough to remember when those were a real hassle, but the new methods are so quick and easy.) The new hygienist is great - very personable and professional and really seems to know what she's doing. She found a couple of shadows on my teeth and had the dentist check them out. He decided they're nothing to worry about, so no drilling! (I'm lucky that I've got good teeth, even when I didn't treat them well, but I do now!) Anyway, between these nice folks, where I've been going for many years and have always liked the hygienists, and my good fortune in teeth, it was a good visit! Also! I don’t have dental insurance and they made sure to offer me this discount plan they take that saved me about $100.
I needed a repair of my dentures and got in right away ,they met with me to see what needed to be done and scheduled me for the next morning at 8 and was back to work in15 min and was able to pick them up before I went home that night. They did an awesome job on my teeth! Would highly recommend them!

We recently moved to Placerville, and were looking for a Dental Office near our home. From the time I set up my first appointment until now, my third visit, I have been impressed with everything about the practice: The Doctor is very personable, the staff is friendly, efficient, and effective. The office itself is clean, orderly, busy, professional ... and ... technologically up to date — the staff has the tools to he me take care of my oral health. Oh yes — BONUS — the office is within easy walking distance. How cool is that! 😎🌟

I have not been there the dentist in 26 years after a really bad experience. You drove over and hour today get here and it was beyond worth it!! Barely felt the anesthesia and they fixed my chip tooth and it looks better than before. The site staff is awesome as well!! Highly recommend them!

Root canal. In spite of my anxiety, with the gentle voices and hands of Laura and Dr. M, I found my self dozing! I am a career "dentist" avoider which has landed me in more trouble that the avoidance was worth! No longer. This is the year of a complete, healthy mouth!
